The building is located in the neighborhood of Belgrano, on a site of typical dimensions having 8.66 meters front and 34 meters depth. It is comprised of small-scaled studio apartments, two per level: two facing front, and two at the back, totaling 31 residences.
Each apartment was developed so that it can be eventually integrated to the neighboring unit. Typologies’ configuration allows these apartments to be used either as first home or as professional studio.
Its front façade faces northeast and features a sunshade system that serves as screen and defines the true spatial boundary between units. In-between these and the openings, the units feature small balconies.
The project aimed at providing the building with a contemporary architectural language capable of expressing the dual-purpose of a live-work unit.
The building rooftop offers a shared area of amenities featuring bucolic spaces with water, BBQ and solarium.
