It has one of the most important basilicas of Argentina, which constitutes Lujan\u2019s main tourist attraction. Our proposal is designed to offer a River Park by providing different uses and qualifying the brink of river. In this way, we seek to exploit the city\u2019s potential and turn it into a tourist pole making the most of the visits it receives thanks to the basilica.<\/p>\n The intervention poses 5 axes to structure it:<\/p>\n We propose the relocalization of certain uses that are the sector\u2019s protagonists: bus station, parking lots, and municipal buildings.<\/p>\n Pedestrianisation<\/strong><\/p>\n The existing pedestrian section would spread into the urban fabric to ensure the connection to the area where the Basilica is located, and to the river shore.<\/p>\n Linear Park<\/strong><\/p>\n We propose a linear park that features leisure and gastronomy areas, while offering a path along the pedestrian walkways and bike lanes.<\/p>\n New Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n We propose the integration of a hotel and an open-air shopping center.<\/p>\n Water<\/strong><\/p>\n We understand and work taking into account the city\u2019s reality with its frequent river flooding. We therefore work along two lines.
